I encourage you to learn more about Queen of Apostles School, and cordially invite you to visit our campus. I look forward to meeting you while you visit with us.
Queen of Apostles School was built under the direction of Father Elwood Geary, Founding Pastor of Queen of Apostles Parish. The first three grades opened in 1964,and each year thereafter another grade was added. In 1984, the school added a kindergarten, and in 2012 a preschool was established. Father Jim Mifsud, S.M. served as pastor from 1989-2008 and ensured that the Marianist devotion to Mary and dedication to education, as well as the “Never Give Up” spirit would forever characterize our school. With the opening of our preschool in 2012, there are ten classes, one for each grade level, from preschool through eighth grade. The school educates the whole child, is financially stable, and has a quality faculty that has seen very little turnover throughout the years.
The school offers a robust educational program that includes math, science, language arts, social studies, religion, Spanish, technology, physical education, art, and music.
The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities including sports, robotics, chess, and scouts.
Queen of Apostles School has always received the maximum WCEA/WASC accreditation and this was the case again in March 2012.
I am confident that you will find evidence of the quality education Queen of Apostles School students receive as we educate the whole child, spiritually, academically, and socially.
As the school philosophy states:
Queen of Apostles School, in partnership with its families, strives to foster a community of faith dedicated to living the mission of Christ. As such, we commit ourselves to educating the whole child through an environment that supports our Schoolwide Learning Expectations.
